What a great trip that started with a smiling happy person named Ann who not only helped us rent the right vehicle, she went the extra mile to make sure we were accommodated fully! She came in after hours so she could turn a vehicle around for us as the main Cruise America customer service showed no vehicles available for the full 9 days we needed.

We were given an extremely comprehensive vehicle review as first time renters, Ann even gave us her number and said call anytime if we did not remember or understand any of the vehicle features. I highly recommend this location and will be renting my campers here in the future! We love ya Ann!
