Dunkin' Donuts — Establishment, food, cafe and bakery at 889 State Street, New Haven, Connecticut.

I've been going here for over a decade. The service (any slower and they'd be going in reverse) and coffee preparation has dropped off dramatically in the last year or two. I ordered a iced coffee, black with one liquid sugar this morning and when I took a sip a few miles down the road, my unborn grandchildren got diabetes. So I shook it, stirred it and still it was still excruciatingly sweet. I couldn't find any roadkill to chase the taste out of my mouth.

Hope they figure it out soon or machines will be doing their jobs sooner rather than later. It's too bad, this location used to be great, but if it's new management to blame, then DD themselves should step in and right this ship before it crashes.
