Choose your stylist carefully. Even if you've never been there, somehow just choose carefully. Ask questions when making your appointment and decide who to go with. This salon has good potential. It was my first time there and I wanted to like this place, but I don't. I won't be going back either. I went in on a Wednesday. Got a cut, dyed, highlights, and paid over $200. During the washing process I asked if my hair was starting to look like the color I wanted, and the color I had shown her in pictures before she started working on my hair, she said yes. At the end, I was looking in the mirror and saw that it was not the color I wanted. I asked her about it and she said it was the lighting in the salon that made it look like that and my black t-shirt so I gave it a chance and went home. 5 minutes after I get home I look all over my hair and discovered I had 4 different colors all over. White highlight pieces in the back, extra blonde pieces underneath, brown/caramel (which is the color I wanted the highlights to be) colored pieces above the extra blonde, and yellow looking pieces on top of my head. I was completely disappointed. I called back the next morning and explained everything, but they couldn't get me in until Friday. I ended up not going to an event I had for Thursday because I was not happy with my hair. (I feel the need to explain in detail because I feel like they didn't handle a customer complaint well enough and told me they were too busy to schedule me but both times that I went they weren't busy at all. Plus, fixing my hair took about an hour which I'm pretty sure they could've squeezed in one hour on Thursday with any of their stylists knowing that I was unhappy with their work). I went in on Friday, got my hair fixed, and it STILL wasn't the color I wanted but its better than how it was before. I give 2 stars because my stylist was very nice, but to not give me the color I wanted not once, but twice, is disappointing for the amount I paid.
