Pizza Heaven — Establishment, food and restaurant at 410 Blake Street, New Haven, Connecticut.

I love the pizza, but after an unpleasant phone conversation ill never order here again. Messed up my order and refused to make it right. VERY poor customer service, I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Food is great, but for the last 3 deliveries, they arrived well over an hour after I ordered when they said the food would be delivered within 30-45 minutes. When I called to complain, they said "it's on its way" and hung up on me. One time, the order was wrong so I had to wait for them to bring the right food. By then, it was almost 2 hours after I placed the order! We WERE good for an order at least twice a month, and we always tipped well. Not anymore!
