As others have mentioned the living experience would be great if it weren't for the fatal flaw of the noise issues. It is true that they had installed sound insulation in September, however it was only installed in the walls for adjacent apartments where in my experience my neighbors above and below have been the source of all the noise. I have experienced many sleepless nights thus far and while the old manager talked about installing ceiling/floor noise insulation, I do not think they are currently planning to rectify this problem
